Glee rocks! And Melrose flops! (Update: For the love of Glee)

Sorry S, but you made me do this. I want to like Melrose, so I'm going to give it another shot. But just as I felt that premiere was not good, the ratings were terrible.

Glee had over 7.2 million viewers, Wednesday on Fox, while Melrose Place and So You Think You Can Dance didn't do so well.

According to Examiner.com, Melrose Place was unsuccessful in ratings this past Tuesday night. The now-canceled show Privileged (Which I would prefer and think was awesome) even received 37% higher ratings with their debut in the same spot.

Now look, I want to get to know MP and maybe it will be good, but I hope people actually watch it. I don't like the camera scheme or what ever, it looks like All My Children & One Life to Live. My bffn S really likes this show and I hope I begin to like it too, but till then Glee rocked! Suck on that!

P.s. XOXO Gossip Girl

For the Love of Glee!

Greetings our wonderful readers of 2morrow! I'm happy to announce that Glee is a awesome show. Now I have been very disappointed by two most talked about tv shows. 90210 n Melrose Place, were very dreadful. Well, 90210 made me gasp and smile? but it was sort of dry. Is it just me? or does the girl that plays Annie always get raped. In Degrassi, same thing, its kind of lame seeing the same thing happpening to the same person, exactly the same way-kind of lame. I don't remember Melrose, but I'll check the next ep to see if its any better.

What's more important? Is Glee. I didn't know what to expect, toats awseeness! The Pilot was by far great and the second ep slash series premiere was promising and delivered on most counts. Though it being a comedic musical, the drama is there (Way better than Degrassi). I for one love the joy Glee brings and hope it will be a good season. Glee was good, but Gossip Girl still can be on the top of my list.

Tomorrow The Vampire Diaries will premiere, sealed with blood will you watch?

****S's input: You're a bitch, just like Collie! I loved Melrose Place. it has the potential to go there, it probably won't, but still... Anyway maybe it's just to mature for you. Whatever, everyone else, I say give Melrose place a try, it was actually good. My next post will have the deats (details) !*****

Umm, I did it better !?

Season 2 of 90210 premiered tonight, and word on the street is that it was not quite as good as it could have been. I know this because I had a concept for the season premier that I was told was better. I'm not deluded. It probably wasn't(lol)but i makes me wonder what does it really ( I mean really, really)take to make it as a professional writer nowadays. I know, breaking through as a script writer is really hard and I have nothing but respect for those who make it professionally, but it sucks that t.v writers some times come up with such crap. I'm a fan of numerous screenplay writer's blogs, and I know the studios and networks notes and all kind of things, make life hard for those who do it. Few writers truly have creative control over other people's series, but sometimes I just feel like writers slack a lot. I enjoy the show 90210 not really because of the stellar quality of the series but because it is the subject matter I am interested in writing. Teen and young adult sci-fi/fiction (I would love to work on the staff of a CW show). And I feel like when a pure crap episode comes out, it really hurts the legitimacy of the industry. I mean, there is only so much a writer can do, but is there really any excuse for what happened on Buffy season 7? For those of you not in the know, lets just say Buffy The vampire slayer (the t.v series) could be great at times but season seven was a train wreck. Why can't Heroes get back on track? Why did Phoebe's baby daddy storyline on Charmed last so long instead of giving her back her damn powers? Where is your respect for your audience writers? If you don't care then how did you get your jobs? I don't know and it just makes me sad is all. there is a part of me that really wants to be a screenplay writer, but I feel like getting through the doors aren't about really caring for the craft and entertaining people, just about who you know and having enough money that you can support your coke habit, I mean writing career. Oh well love you anyway.

PS. My outline was really good

Life is Life,

Laborday weekend went by to quickly!

I had a blast this weekend, but I didn't really get anything done. Before the weekend started I had a whole plan to take it easy and follow some academic pursuits. That did not happen. I need to learn some self control I guess, but I'm just so lackadaisical that I have a hard time getting things done. Bad trait to have, I know, but I don't want to get all EMO in this blog post. I actually just wanted to highlight some of the awesomeness that was this weekend.
Thursday Night: Went to friend's keggar, almost got into a rumble on the street
Friday: Worked on a group project (so technically some school work did get done), hosted a get together for a friend's 21st birthday, ended the night Hanging with my friends Sully and Amanda.
Saturday: A group of my friends got a party bus and went to the bars. The bus attendant was outrageous and gave us an impromptu show (Think PG rated stripping but without actual nudity. It was weird and she was missing a tooth but I was already intoxicated so It was all in good fun) lost my friends at the bar and ended up getting a ride from a friend of a friend, texted my kinda ex, because I was drunk, ran around in the rain and missed out on a slip and slide some people I know were doing in the rain. that progression is a little fuzzy.
Sunday night: Back At Sully's apartment, because Amanda's dad was in town so he sponsored a night of Jager shots, beer pong(I didn't play because I suck at the game) and crackers and cheese.
Today: I was suppose to do Keggs and Eggs for breakfast but instead watched the Evil Green Ranger Saga with my roommates. That was my weekend in a nut shell.

My name is S and I like to party,

FYI!

Just so y'all know some of the Naked Cafe lingo:
Fit= it's slang, from England. It basically means the same thing as hot, only it's better because it's foreign.
Y'all = You all
Toats= Totally.
Obvs= obviously
Sitch= Situation (clearly I'm far busy to bother to use full words)
"You're a bitch, just like Collie!" (That is kind of an inside joke but it means that someone is flipping out, If any one watched Real World:Denver, they might get it.)
"We're gone do it, we're gone do it!" (Again inside joke. These last two are more about the delivery then the actual substance)
more if I think of them...
N big D(no big deal)
